If you are a visitor or hotel guest we would encourage you to book as far in advance as possible as you usually want the late afternoon appointments, which are always popular and fill up quickly.

Payment

We accept payment cards or cash and you pay Ginger Tree directly. For those staying at the hotel, please note that we cannot put the cost of teatments or product purchases onto your hotel bill.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge.
