Massage Treatments

As a talented, intuitive and skilled therapist trained in a wide range of massage and bodywork techniques, Kathy creates a unique massage depending on your needs and problem areas. Other treatments can be combined with massage to suit you.

As with all my treatments the times given are the actual treatment times and don’t include pre or post treatment consultations.

The full body massage, includes time spent on specific areas of tensions if required, or can be spread evenly over the back, legs arms and neck.

As an addition- the full body massage with hot stones of lava shells, ensures a deeper massage and relaxation experience.

The Back, Neck and Shoulder massage covers the main stress areas of the body – and is your choice as to which area you would like massaged. This is also available with the hot stones or lava shells for a deeper massage experience.

Our Indian Head massage is carried out over clothing whilst sitting in a chair – but can be adapted to lying down if preferred. The treatment covers the upper back, neck, shoulders, upper arms, scalp and face.

Finally our mini massage focuses on a specific area or is perfect when time is short.
